Are your products official merchandise? 

No. Sleepless Studio creates fan-made products inspired by anime and VTubers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with any of the original creators, agencies, or copyright holders unless explicitly stated.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. 

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically processed within a 5-6 business days before being dispatched. This applies to in-stock items only. For preorder items, please see the approximate shipping date. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

 Can I return my order?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, so we recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. DO NOT wash your item before returning. Doing so will invalidate any possibility of the item being returnable. 

Will the product look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to represent our products accurately. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to different screen settings, lighting, and the manufacturing process (Especially Handcrafted products).
