Questions
How fast is your turnaround?
You get a proof and final price within 24–48 hours. Once it's approved and paid, most orders are ready in 5–7 working days. Orders of 30 or more of an item may take longer, and we'll confirm the date with your proof.
Why is there a £0 checkout?
It's how your quote and artwork files reach us safely. Nothing is charged. We reply with your proof and final price, then send one invoice when you approve.
How does invoicing work?
One invoice for the full amount when you approve your proof. We're not VAT registered, so no VAT is added and your invoice says so. Printing starts as soon as it's paid.
Is there a minimum order?
Most products start from 1 unit. Stickers start at 10, with a £20 minimum order. A £10 setup fee applies to 1–9 UV-printed items (cups, signs and badges). T-shirts never have a setup fee.
Do reorders cost less?
Yes. Reorders of the same design skip the setup fee, at any quantity. We keep your files and print specs on record, so a reorder is one message.
What is a UV DTF sticker?
A printed transfer you rub onto your jar, box or bag. It gives a raised, glossy look with no visible sticker edge. It isn't peel-and-stick vinyl, so you apply it yourself. Keep legal text on your base label.
How do I look after printed cups?
Hand wash only.
Can I collect from the studio?
Yes, collection from our East London studio is free. UK delivery is added to your quote.
